RUGBY VALUES

We love all the intriguing stories behind the competing teams, and are very proud that every year players and spectators consistently meet up with their old and new friends, at The Amsterdam 7s.

FANCY DRESS THEMED AFTER PARTY

Our famous hospitality area ‘the entertainment square’ which hosts good foods, funky DJ tunes, of course fantastic Heineken beer, is where all the action and fun takes place. Every year there is a fancy dress theme. So keep an eye on the social media posts and bring along your best outfit to Amsterdam!

HOUSE RULES AND COMPETITION REGULATIONS

LOCATION

For the Amsterdam 7s Rugby Tournament, we use every available square meter of the location at ‘Sportpark de Eendracht’, home to the oldest Amsterdam Rugby Club (AAC) as well as our National team with its great artificial playing surface, perfect for open 7s.

HOME OF AAC RUGBY

The Amsterdam Rugby Club (known as AAC) has been organizing what is today proudly known as The Amsterdam Rugby 7s since 1972. The teams consist of Internationals from both club professionals and young up and coming talent. Also several (social) side events and related trounaments are held on the 29th of May: Project Turn-Over and the Dutch Rugby academies tournament.
